·        Wells House & Gardens shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use this site, or any material contained in it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this site or any such material.

·        Your Membership entitles you to; Wells Benefits

·        Your Membership is valid from 1st of January 2024 to 31st December 2024.

·        Don’t forget you need to bring your membership card with you every time you visit.

·        Your Membership Card is non-transferable and must never be passed on to another individual (who is not entitled to use it). Regular routine checks will be carried out.

·        Children aged 2 and under go free.

·        Children must be supervised at all times.

·        A charge of €5 will be charged for lost / replacement cards to cover administrative costs.

·        Cycling around the Grounds is not permitted (except for children under 8 years).

·        No vehicles are allowed beyond the designated car park.

·        Dogs are permitted in the gardens that they are kept on a lead and dog waste is cleared up by owners.

·        Penalty for abuse of membership card is confiscation at point of entry.

·        Please refer to the website for events and house tours if available.

·        Wells House and Gardens reserve the right to change the membership pass benefits and prices at any time without prior notice.

·        Whilst Wells House & Gardens  endeavours to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, Wells House & Gardens will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

·        Access to this site may be restricted and or suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice.

·        No liability is accepted by Wells House and Gardens for loss or injury at Wells House & Gardens.

·        Wells House and Gardens reserves the right to alter or change these terms without notice.

.        All sales are final. No refunds will be issued 

.        For the safety of our staff and patrons: In the event of adverse weather where there is a risk of falling branches or other injury the event may be postponed or cancelled. In such case we will do what we can to re-schedule your event, but this cannot be guaranteed.

By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. We do not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to us via our site. You further recognise that we do not want you to, and you warrant that you shall not, provide any information or materials to us that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporates the proprietary material of another person.
