This ticket is proof of purchase and must be presented on the day.
Gate entry to the grounds must be purchased in addition to this ticket or you must present your Wells House and Gardens membership card on arrival
Booking fee is not included in the ticket price.
This is not a pet friendly experience.
The train will be unable to facilitate buggies.
All sales are final, no refunds will be issued.
Tickets are non-transferable.
Wells house and gardens reserves the right to refuse entry.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Adults and children under 12 months do not recieve a pumpkin
No vehicles are allowed beyond the designated car park.
No liability is accepted by Wells House and Gardens for loss or injury at Wells House & Gardens.
For the safety of our staff and patrons: In the event of adverse weather where there is a risk of falling branches or other injury the event may be postponed or cancelled. In such case we will do what we can to re-schedule your event, but this cannot be guaranteed.
